Supporting Our Communities

BUCO Supporting Our Communities

“… BUCO is committed to making meaningful contributions to the communities that we operate in …”

- Lesego Moagi (Group Executive Marketing – The Building Company)

Why we do projects?

Building a better future starts with constructing stronger foundations for hope and empowerment within and for the community. With building materials at the heart of our business, BUCO assists these projects in alignment with our core business. Resonating with our slogan, Let’s build together, we cooperate with formally registered organisations who are focused on the restoration, renovation or rebuilding of various spaces.

What are our objectives?

At BUCO, we strive to empower all the communities that we operate in, by providing people such as scholars and those in need with access to a safe harbour. We also want to make a meaningful impact through our Project Pillars, by sharing knowledge and resources in order to achieve sustainable projects.

Our project pillars entail:

Supporting our communities

Providing the facilitation of education in the industry

Getting our family of employees involved

Empowering & supporting local businesses

“We also want to make a meaningful impact through our Project Pillars, by sharing knowledge and resources in order to achieve sustainable projects.”

Some of our projects

Through our passion projects BUCO perpetuates a culture of caring, while building better homes and better communities.
We have embarked on a journey with Ranyaka Community Transformation and committed to a handful of projects called Fix MySpace Projects in 2020. Through these projects, we opened doors of opportunity for those who need it most during these tough times.
