- Capturing invoices and other documents as advised
- Control and checking of relevant documentation.
- Ensure general neatness of office area.
- General administration.
- Ensure that all documents received according to company policies
- Other Adhoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Must have experience in Data Capturing
- Experience in hardware environment & product knowledge advantageous
- Strong administration abilities
- Strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail,
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Must work accurately and meticulously
- Ability to work in a systematic and organized manner
